Use this Johsua Roth Root Hook (#6104) to bare and separate Bonsai roots during transplanting and re-potting.
This Root Hook has a strong, cast iron prong whose shank goes all the way through the handle of the tool.
At the handle's end, the shank is bent flat to prevent the hook from coming out during heavy use.
The comfortable contoured wood handle has an anti-slip design for secure manipulation.
