The clear, nontoxic gel contains all the necessary nutrients (including moisture, so there's no watering needed) to produce well-rooted transplants. Once you can see a well-developed root system, your plant is ready to be transplanted into soil or soilless growing medium.

Gel2Root is a great learning tool for children. Have them try different types of plant cuttings to see which ones root faster. Kids can use this kit as a science project too, keeping track of root and leaf formation for their presentation.
