Grotek Pro-Silicate

Grotek's Pro-Silicate™ is a nutritional silicate additive containing potassium and silicon. This combination of ingredients acts as a tranpirant to help increase your plants' resistance to heat and drought. (A must for cloning.) 

Silicon is a major building block for plant cells, helping keep your plants upright and positioning the leaves correctly for maximum light exposure. This ultimately leads to maximum food production because of a higher rate of photosynthesis.

Application Rate:

Hydroponics: use 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon per gallon
Foliar: use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon combined with Megawet wetting agent

Pro-Silicate is especially useful when gardening indoors under HID lights because it protects plants from wilting due to water loss through transpiration.

Using Pro-Silicate also strengthens plant cell walls to form a stronger physical barrier against insects, mildews and fungus! Add to your nutrient solution or apply as a foliar spray. NPK: 0-0-3
