These growlight suspension kits makes raising and lowering reflectors a snap! Connect to the ceiling and reflector, then adjust the tension - it's as simple as that. 

All hardware is included. Each kit will hold one fluorescent light fixture or HID reflector and can handle up to 22 pounds. A good solution for shop lights too!
