Botanicare designed the Daisy Cloner 8 to fit a lower budget, while maintaining their high quality. Each Daisy Cloner contains an aeroponic mist application to ensure an optimal atmosphere for rooting and aeration. 

Simply dip the plant cutting in your choice of root stimulator, then place in the neoprene collar. Operate the Daisy Cloner for 24 hour periods until roots appear (3 to 10 days). Once rooted, transplant the plant clones into any desired grow substrate.

For best results, use with 16-24 hours of fluorescent lighting set at 8 - 12" above Daisy Cloner. Misting leaves once or twice daily is also helpful*.

The Daisy Cloner 8 includes an aeroponics pump, net pots and eight Rootguard 2-inch neoprene collars.

NOTE from Growco: Unlike a cutting tray, there is no dome available for the Daisy Cloner. The Daisy Cloner system has only one sprayer, centered below the cups. This is actually one of the last systems available that still uses net cups, so you can use a starter plug if you want, or use it by just suspending the cutting into the spray. For the first few days, you'll mist the cuttings' leaves several times a day, then after that you gradually cut down on the misting, which forces the cutting to root faster. By the end of a 7-10 day period, the cuttings should be rooted. Each particular plant may root slower or faster depending on genetic variables.
