CocoTek Fine Coir Bricks & Bales 

An organic growing medium of compressed low-sodium, finely-shredded coconut coir, CocoTek Fine Coir Bricks or Bales (blocks) absorb water quickly, yet maintain the high levels of oxygen that your plants need for optimum growth. 

Containing high levels of rooting compounds (naturally found in the coconut hulls used to create CocoTek), you'll notice increased root mass and overall plant health. Coconut fiber also offers some protection against root diseases including fungus infestation.

Mix General Hydroponic's CocoTek Coir with soil to increase moisture retention for potted plants. For hydroponic gardening use as is for plant cloning or seed germination. For growing plants, use alone or combine with expanded clay pellets or other grow media.

Be sure to saturate the coir brick before adding to your preferred growing medium or plant container. Simply drop CocoTek Coir in into fresh water or light nutrient solution and allow it to absorb the liquid.
