These Green Capillary Mats are made of 100 percent UV-protected, non-woven polypropylene created from recycled plastic water bottles. Green is good! 

Capillary mats draw water upward using capillary action. It makes a great self-watering system for your indoor plants while you're on vacation.

Seedlings frequently suffer from the stress of over or under watering. Capillary mats provide consistent moisture for healthier plant growth. Simply place the plant tray on a capillary mat and allow one portion of the mat to be submerged in the water reservoir - it absorbs the moisture to deliver it to the base of the tray for plant roots to utilize.

Capillary Mats can be cut to any shape or size to fit your individual gardening needs.
