Model 700485 Ideal-Air Mini Split Air Conditioners pump out 12,000 BTU which can handle a 120 square foot grow room that has up to 4,000 watts of HID lights. The mini-split inverter technology offers 30% - 50% energy savings! 

This is a permanently mounted air conditioning unit that plugs into any standard 120V, 15 amp, 60Hz outlet. There are two pieces of equipment - an indoor unit with wall mount and an outdoor unit that can be wall mounted or set on the ground.

The 700485 Mini Split A/C is designed for cooling with outside temperatures ranging from 49° to 105° F.

The 12,000 BTU Mini Split air conditioner comes in two boxes. Includes LCD remote control, wall sleeve, drain tube, installation instructions and user's manual.

Comes pre-charged with the new R-410A refrigerant (does not contribute to ozone depletion) and the 23' line set is already evacuated. Mount the indoor unit on the wall, run the line set and drain to the outdoor unit, hook up the refrigerant quick connect fittings, open both refrigerant valves, hook up the power and turn the unit on.

Ideal Air air conditioners have one of the best warranties in the industry. If a unit fails within one year from the date of purchase, we will give you a new unit (same model). Failure of the unit has to be under normal daily use (unit will be inspected prior to replacement), and proof of purchase is absolutely required, so be sure to keep a copy of your order.

The ambient air temperature and individual room conditions will affect performance.

NOTE: All Ideal-Air air conditioners need surge protection! In the event of a power failure, a spike in voltage may occur when the power is reinstated. This can damage the circuit board which is not covered under the warranty.
