Due to the size of this item, it must be truck
delivered and is exempt from free shipping.
We'll rush your order, but please note that it takes longer for
truck deliveries. This system will be sent to a shipping terminal to
be held for pickup. We get them as close as possible to
your physical address for your convenience. We do this
for a number of reasons (privacy...), but mainly because
it's much cheaper to ship them this way. If you
absolutely need to have the system delivered to your
home or business, we can arrange for this as well. As
soon as the system reaches the terminal, the trucking
company will call you to arrange for pickup.
VERY IMPORTANT! When
receiving a truck shipped order, please inspect the load for
damage incurred during shipping. Once you sign for
the shipment, you are releasing the trucking company
from any responsibility associated with damage incurred
during shipping. The insurance that we paid for prior to
shipping your order can only be used before signing for,
and receiving the load. By signing the receipt, you
are releasing the trucking company and insurance agency
from any responsibility connected with that shipment.
Please make a detailed note of any and all damage to the
load on the trucking invoice before you sign it. |
