Hydrofarm's Xtrasun ballasts give you reliable service at an affordable price. 

Designed in America, the Xtrasun ballast has a patented aluminum housing with convection cooling so it runs cooler than most others.

Each Xtrasun ballast comes equipped with a dual voltage receptacle which allows you to change between 120 volt input power or 240 volt input power. They come set up for 120V, but simply add the 240V cord to your order to convert the ballast to 240V.

The 600W model is an HPS ballast, while the 400W and 1000W ballasts are convertible and will burn both HPS and MH bulbs.

Works with Hydrofarm reflectors and most others.

Carries a Hydrofarm 5 year warranty.
