The Hydrotek Cool Star reflector has a 6-inch air-cooled cylinder for easy heat removal from the HID bulb.
The glass cylinder is made from tough Symex that is heat resistant and 100% air tight. This aluminum reflector has a high gloss finish with matching wings that provide optimum light penetration into your garden.
We pre-wire a standard cordset (lamp cord) to your Hydrotek Cool Star before shipping so there may be a day's delay in delivery.
The Cool Star reflector can handle all lamps up to 1000W, with the exception of a BR-56 style bulb. The glass tube measures about 20", but the overall reflector length is about 26".
The Hydrotek Cool Star allows both horizontal and vertical hanging. You can remove the reflector wings from the glass cylinder for 360° lighting! In our opinion, Hydrotek reflectors have quality workmanship!
