Fluorescent grow lights are ideal for
seedlings, cuttings and small plants, but T-5 grow lights will support plant
growth from start to finish!
For best
results, we recommend using WARM fluorescent tubes for budding and flowering
stages and COOL fluorescent tubes for the vegetative stage of your plants
growing cycle, however full-spectrum tubes will cover both stages.
Fluorescent grow lights put out very little heat
which let you position them closer to your plants without the risk of leaf burn.
